FAKEYOURID.COM TOS (Acceptable Use Policy)

This document contains the terms and conditions of using FakeYourID. The user must go through these terms thoroughly and agree to them.

1. Your Identity

You must make sure you will use our ids for fun or pranks and not for using the ID for any illegal or unlawful activity.
This ID should not be used as evidence of your age or identity as it is meant for entertainment purposes only.

2. General Requirements

The present terms and conditions are to be followed by the clients and the end user.
These terms are applicable for all business relationships between FakeYourID.com and the client. It is for the owners of businesses who will maintain all future relations related to the business. The version of the terms of service at the time of contract is valid and applicable even if it has not been explicitly agreed to.

3. Products

It is your duty to give accurate and complete information to the company.
If there are any mistakes in the provided information, the company is not responsible for that. It is your duty alone to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
Our card is not to be purchased with the intention of misusing it. We are not liable for the manner with which the card is used. If any illegal activity is performed using our cards, the user alone is responsible for it.

4. Client Duties

FakeYourID.com is not responsible for any damage that is caused intentionally or unintentionally by using these cards. The client is supposed to reimburse for all the damages caused.
In some regions, the ownership of these cards is illegal or prohibited. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure these cards are permitted in their area as FakeYourID.com will not be responsible for that.
For status detection or for proving your age, the use of fake IDs is illegal. Any client using our ID for such purposes will be liable for it.
Anything you do with our products is your responsibility and we will not be responsible for that.

5. Withdrawal

The order you have placed can only be cancelled before it has been delivered to you.
We provide customized cards according to each client’s needs, so they cannot be resold. Thus, you cannot withdraw the order that has already been delivered.
Once delivered, the card cannot be returned.

6. Price and Delivery of the Product

The price of the products on the website is the final price. This price includes all the other charges including the general sales tax.
In the online shop, the price of the product does not include delivery charges. You will be notified about the delivery charges at the time of order confirmation.
There are no other hidden charges and you are only supposed to pay the amount you are shown at the time of order confirmation.

7. Refund Policy

No refund will be made if the information provided for the card was wrong.
The refund policy is not applicable if the product got damaged because of your fault.
Once the product has been delivered, we will not give a refund.

8. Shipment of Product

The product you have selected will be delivered to you within a few days.
If the product was damaged by you or a third-party, the company will not be responsible for that.
For your product, a tracking number will be sent to you.
During the confirmation of your order, we will notify you about the shipment charges we will be applying on your product for delivery.
The company will not refund the delivery charges.

9. Payment Method

The payment can be done in two ways. You can pay through bank transfer or by cash.
Your complete name and order number is to be submitted to the notified bank account.
If we cannot take your order for any reason, we will refund your payment.

10. Delivery Address

Please make sure you provide us the correct name, address and contact number when placing your order.
If the name, address or contact information provided to us is incorrect and your goods are delivered to the wrong address, we are not responsible for that.
If the goods delivered to the wrong address because of the incorrect information provided by you are returned to us, we will deliver that goods to your address again. However, in the event of no returns, we will not make another card for the same order and you will have to place a new order.

11. Ownership of the Product

We will remain the owner of the product until the complete payment has been made.
Once the complete payment has been made, you are the sole owner of the product.

12. Guarantee

The delivery date is only an estimate. We do not guarantee that your product will reach you within the number of days shown on order confirmation.
If we have sent you a defected product, we will replace it with a product that is not defected. Hence, we will only exchange the product we have sent if it was damaged by us.
If we have not caused any damage to the product and it was damaged by yourself or by a third
party, we will not entertain any replacement requests.

13. Complaints

If the product was delivered to you and you email us any issue related to the product after a month, we will not entertain it.

14. Order Remaking

We will remake a new card if the information provided by you was accurate and we made a mistake while making it.
If we find any defect in the card before the delivery, we will remake it for you.

15. Errors in the Price

If we find any errors in our pricing, we will correct them. After correcting the errors, you will be asked to cancel or re-confirm your order.
If we are not able to contact you on the contact details you have provided, we will cancel your order.
If we cancel your order, an email will be sent to you that will notify you about the cancellation.

16. Liability

The cards are not to be used for any illegal activity.
We are not liable for anything done by you with our product.
Any misuse of this card is illegal.
We will refuse service if we find you causing any harm to someone with these IDs.
We might comply with legal requests by Law Enforcement incase we found foul play on customers part or were found to be using our products which can harm security and well being of yourself and other people.

17. Copyright

We are notifying you that the products, pictures and logos you see on FakeYourID.com are copyrighted by FakeYourID.com.
If you are placing an order on our website, you must agree that you will not copy any content (such as pictures and logos) from FakeYourID.com.
You cannot make any modifications to the content of FakeYourID.com unless a formal agreement has been reached between you and FakeYourID.com. You are only allowed to change or make copy of our content if you obtain a written permission.
